For those clients receiving regular weekly or every other week service,
they will be billed at the beginning of each month after their first initial visit is completed.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU SERVICE?
We offer a variety of services from ONE TIME , WEEKLY, & EVERY OTHER WEEK.
We do offer TWICE A WEEK services depending on your location.
WHY DO YOU CHARGE AN INITIAL FEE?
The initial fee is based upon the last time a thorough
pick up was done & the amount of waste needed to to be picked up.
If client has maintained their yard by picking up their dogs waste,
the initial fee may be discounted or waived based upon volume.
CAN YOU WORK WITH OUR DOG IN THE YARD?
Keeping everyone safe & secure is our #1 priority.
Our main focus is getting your yard Doggie Doo free!
We ask you keep your pets secured in another location while we service your yard.
This ensures the safety of our Doggie Doo Hero technicians and ensures your beloved pets are not out roaming free.
DO YOU SERVICE ALL YEAR LONG?
Our busiest time is spring through fall.
We aim to accommodate our client's needs.
Some clients prefer to discontinue service during the winter.
Then in the spring we start again with our initial fee for the first spring time clean up.
Here in Minnesota winter weather changes . Our general busy time is March - November.
WHAT IS YOUR BAD WEATHER & SNOW POLICY?
We provide service in most weather conditions!
Sometimes however we may have to delay or skip the service day.
Significant amounts of snow, down pouring rain, and/or bad road
conditions may prevent us from arriving for your service.
Our standard operational procedure
is that what we don’t get this week due to bad weather,
we’ll get the next week. If you are on our routine weekly cleaning,
you will be credited the difference on the following month's bill.
We will always notify you if we need to cancel our service.
WHAT DO YOU DO WITH THE DOGGIE DOO?
We double bag the Doggie Doo waste and place it
directly in your garbage receptacle unless otherwise directed.
Due to permitting laws we are unable to haul the pet waste away.
DO YOU CLEAN UP ANY OTHER WASTE?
